some need u to melt the chocolate, dont add oil lol add double cream the oil will make it yucky tasting, but tahts my opinion

we have chocolate fountain people come to our work for functions and they do melt the choc first on defrost in a plastic bowl in the microwave

I have one what i do is melt the choc in the mircowave then add veg oil.
