Take the eggs and crack them open. Remove the yolk and only use the whites. Make an omelette or a "southwestern" - type scramble with the tomatoes and onions.
If the bread is whole wheat, toast it and eat it on the side. Do not butter it and only use one slice. (if you cut it in a diagonal, it looks like more than what's there).
Put the butter (UNUSED) back in the fridge and throw away the cheese whiz.
Cheers.

Chop up the onion and tomatos. Scramble the eggs, add the onion and tomato. Toast the bread. Serve on the bread. Eat like a sandwich. Put the cheese whiz and the butter back in the fridge. (Actually, throw the cheese whiz away, it's terrible for you!).

Are you kidding? What is healthy about cheez whiz? Take the eggs, onions and tomatoes and make an omlet. Throw away the bread, butter and cheese whiz, you goof.

bread is only good if it is 100% whole wheat....so if it is not, leave it out. butter and cheese whiz don't really need an explanation, they are horrible. the rest, the eggs, onions, tomatoes are all good food. as they've said before, make an omelet. (use only eggs whites. yolks "contain all of the egg's fat and cholesterol").

if you don't have to use all the ingredients you could make a tomato and onion omelette. To make it healthy, separate the eggs and use the egg whites. Cut up the onion and tomato and you can whip up a nice omelette!

I hope you like!
