The answer is they dont. They work and most of the males work under fictitous names and make THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY AS EVERYONE ELSE. And they get to drive around in brand new vehicles and listen to freakin iPods.All because they recieve this assistance.
Its not fair that a friend of mine can barely support herself and her 2 grandkids and doesnt recieve any kind of assistance.And she's a VET.
If they want to come here then they can just work as hard as everyone else has to and support themselves.
Stop giving all the immigrants assistance and give it to the citizens that deserve it.
I dont want another dollar of the money I pay in Taxes<<<< to be given to anymore immigrants.

You are right. And I know you would not be saying these things unless you knew they were true. Just be glad that you have a job. Many people can't even find one because they ARE NOT illegal. Call, write, and fax your representatives. Tell them no to amnesty and to enforce our current immigration and employment laws.

If your friend was an illegal Hispanic she would be making ends meet by living with 3 or more other families in the same housing unit.
To answer your question - Illegal immigrants don't get the assistance you think they do.
They do get free emergency care at the hospitals - the large majority of their visits are for flu-like symptoms.
They get AFDC, WIC, and other food programs for their kids - not themselves however. If they are married, they will pretend they are not to get these benefits.
Their kids get free education. They don't learn much however mainly because they don't speak English and their culture doesn't emphasize education anyway.
They get to drive around without car insurance or decent driving skills which is why uninsured motorist riders are so high in many areas.
In California, many of their families get reduced rent in low cost housing. A low cost house in California in the middle of nowhere in the San Joaquin Valley still costs $200,00 to build because of the land it's on.
Over 5% of the adults get free room and board at state and federal prisons. BTW, the Black % of incarceration is almost as high.
Almost all of them get help when they need it from the Catholic church. That's probably the big difference between them and your friend.
In other words, from a taxpayers point of view, illegal immigrants aren't much different from many of our citizen underclass. However, we already have a large enough citizen underclass to support. We don't need trespassers flaunting our immigration laws and adding to the burden.

First of all let me say I agree with Proud Chicano cause he is right. Anf you on the otherhand don't know what you are talking about. you're dumb. Illegas cannot recieve any type of government help B/C they don't have any papers!!!Duh!!! How would they even apply when they don't even have any papers? And let me tell you that they do work as much and more then most americans here B/C they get paid minimum wage. And they have new cars B/C they know how to save up money when most the americans here don't know how and are in debt.

Most of them have false identification and they are on welfare. Did all these people forget about their little identity scams? And they do get free education and hospital use and free lunches and breakfast, don't try to BS Americans, we know what they are doing. And it is a shame about your friend who is a veteran and can't get help. That's the sort of thing that really gets me angry!

You have more rights in America if you came from another country. Try getting a loan from the small business administration. You can't unless you came from another country or are a double minority.

Are you jealous? Also that's a lie, It is a fact that if your an illegal immigrant you don't qualify for any government assistance smart one! I once remember hearing about a liitle illegal immigrant girl who got ran over and the hospital let her die because she was an illegal immigrant. The only government assistance they should get is the assistance back to their country of origin until they do the paperwork and get to the back of the line.
