Your goal weight will change depending on your body type. If I were you I'd go get a body fat percentage measurement taken. Then decide what you'd like it to be, and do the math to determine your ultimate goal weight. As an example:

You currently weigh 175 lbs, and your body fat percentage is 20%. Your goal is to hit 14% (below 15% is healthy).
Fat = 0.2 x 175 = 35 lbs. fat
Lean tissue = 175 - 35 = 140lbs
Fat at goal weight = 14%
Lean tissue at goal weight = 86%
goal weight = lean tissue / % lean tissue = 140 / 0.86
Goal weight = 163 lbs.

The trick now is to lose the fat without losing muscle (lean mass). Lots of cardio coupled with a well balanced diet will let you lose the fat while keeping the muscle. Talk to your fitness trainers for a personally tailored program, and good luck!

I agree BMI is a useless guide.
It takes no account of individual build as it treats muscle and fat the same.

Best guide is % body fat.(you can buy scales which measure wt/body fat)
Easiest way is waist measurement at umbilicus waist less than 37 inches in mature male-in gol target range

In the mood for a new hot meal? Make a huge pot of veggie bean soups, divide into two-cup containers, and store within the freezer. Before bed, place a container from the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door in the morning.

132lb - 145 lb. Depends also on age, how active you are, etc.
Some athletes would be considered overweight if you just considered normal or average weight because a higher proportion of their mass is muscle.
