Yes they are, and they practice the same way current christians do, just more extreem form of. All these people saying no, becase the things they do are non christian...you are the ignorant ones here. You christians interpret the bible just as much as the KKK does, some of you just arent as hate filled or violent as they are, but it all comes from the same source, the teachings in the bible. To say that the KKK is not based upon christianity because you dont like what they do is as good as denouncing your own faith, because they learn their behavior from the same place the rest of you do, but you dont agree with their actions, how odd.

wow that you for showing such blatant ignorance! In every religion if it is acknowledged by the main stream as such or not there are radicalists. Those who take one or two ideals from a belief system and pervert those ideas to fit their needs. I am not saying that is the case here...but I am saying that it is time to acknowledge that Extremism is not the common attitude...that the actions of a select group are not the actions of all.

They don't burn crosses for nothing. While their hatred of blacks gets the most headlines they also preach against all non-christians and have persecuted jews in the past and muslims currently. Even their hatred of blacks can be traced, in their mind, to the curse laid on Ham in the bible.
Theirs is a perverted christianity, filled with hate, but christianity it is.

Like many religious crusades (I'm not just limiting this to Christianity), the KKK does their hate and killing in the name of Christian God.

No, nowhere in the Bible is racism or such hatred taught. It is mentioned, as in the animosity between the Samaritans and the Jews for example, but it is not advocated.

No they're based on racial hatred. If they were truly Christians, then there wouldn't be a KKK.
I will ring your doorbell and run away!!!
