How I Met You Mother season two is coming out on DVD October 2, 2007. Supernatural season two is coming otu on DVD September 11, 2007.

Usually later the same year, to give you an example, the first release of the showing in February is going to be in September.

Well, I'll use Lost as an example.
The show ends around May-ish.
And the DVD comes out in Sept.
So about 5 months average.
