Jennifer Lopez allegedly uses her urine(!) to zap spots fast.
Personally, I'd go with tea tree oil.

If you have a mario badescu store nearby (or cash to splurge on express shipping from their website), I'd highly recommend their drying cream. A dab of it makes zits disappear overnight.
Also, a very effective treatment using household items would be aspirin. Get one or two tablets of uncoated aspirin, add just a bit or water to dissolve them, then apply it directly to the pimple. You want the paste the be thick enough to stick to your skin. If you don't have uncoated aspirin, just rinse the coating off before mixing it with water to help it dissolve better. It works like a charm. Hope that helps.

Crack A egg and use the skin inside the shell ! place a small piece over the pimple let it dry on over night! It will shrink it up allot! It acts as a layer of skin! good luck!

Origins makes a product called 'Spot Remover' works fast and great. don't put it on over and over the you'd have a dry spot. Usually nighttime is perfect and maybe once in the morning.

If you first put a cold compress on it or even ice it will take down the swelling in it before you apply any kind of medication. it usually takes down the swelling enough to cover with makeup.

this happened to me the day before my grad.
I drank nothing but water all day long(it flushes bacteria out of your system)
and washed my face 3 times a day
i kept oxypads with me to use on it once an hour
and i put salt on it, to dry it out.
ofcourse,it was still there, but it was much smaller,
and a skin colour,so it was hardly noticable.
also,get a spot treating concealer.
it hides the pimple, while treating it to get rid of it.
GOOD LUCK!

you won't be able to get rid of it over night unfortunately. you need to find products that contain salcylic acid (sp?). If it has already had the surface break, try neosporin maximum strength as well. that worked for me.
