I dont have a motorcycle license in any state.

Id rather not have to do any tag or title process in CT (the systems out here are aweful!).

You can buy it anywhere. Just don't try to register it in your name without insurance somewhere; and don't even think of riding it till you get your "residence" figured out.

You can buy it with out a problem. Trailer it back to CT to get it registered. You should have your license switched to a CT license if you live there, as it's supposed to have your home address on it not where you used to live. That's my 2 cents though.

Buying it will be no problem. Trailer it to Conn. Riding it WILL be a problem. You will not have plates without registering it. If you get caught without a MC endorsement you will be ticketed and since you live in Conn, they will question why you have Florida drivers license. You are asking for a lot of trouble.

buy it and race it at the track..it's way more fun there anyway..highway in CT with all the curves and potholes there you'll pay big money to drive 55..when you can go 119+ at the track make sense? and the bike is light so get a cheap pick up or trailer for the pot holes and save the fast stuff for the fast stuff not pot holes..

If you're going to own a motocycle, you have to go through with the registration and insurance process. How else are you going to get a plate and ride it legally?

WHY DON'T YOU JUST CALL YOUR LOCAL DMV OFFICE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.
