How much extra should I charge if they live out of the area or the owner wants me to take the dog to a specific place?

About how far away do you live? Is the specific place far as well? Around here in NJ, dog walkers charge about $10.00 an hour.

$10.00 an hour... and you decide where you want to walk the dog. A specific place could be dangerous. Only walk where you are comfortable.
