I only have vodka and I live in a small town with a small grocery store and dont feel like driving to the next town for more ingredients. What can I get at the grocery store to go with it other than screwdriver and bloody mary?

Vodka Gimlet.....
1 oz lime juice
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 tsp powdered sugar
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

try mt dew with peach vodka or reg vodka doesnt matter
its delicious
also,
vodka and lemon juice and orange juice is delicious
or vodka with milk is a white russian.

I love Vodka, redbull with a splash of Orange juice... They give you energy and a good buzz...

i know they make a lot of drink mixers now and carry them in grocery stores but if yours is really small they may not stock them.
