I have a speeding ticket and have the following options from online.

Appearance date extension - the extension date will be 9/25/2007

Trail by Declaration Payment - The amount due is $$$. The extension will be 8/27/2007

Traffic school payment - The amount due is $$$. The traffic school due date is 10/01/2007

ITs confusing and i dont understand it. If I use the traffic school option does that mean i dont have to pay until 10/01/2007 or I ave to get traffic school done by then?

You could always call the court and talk to a Deputy Clerk or someone, have them explain the options.

You appear to have 3 options.
1. Appear in court on 9/25/2007.
2. Submit a written defense by 8/27/2007.
3. Attend traffic school on 10/01/2007.
The court can clarify all of your options. ASK THEM.

First you pay your ticket and request traffic school at that time. If you do traffic school, do it online. It is so easy and you do it at your own pace so you do not have to sit in a boring room and listen to a boring instructor for 8 long hours.

why don't you just call the traffic court, then you won't get it wrong no matter what you do.
