Outside of a driveshaft which needs balancing, what are you asking? If your feeling a vibration in the floor boards then quite possibly the driveshaft is out of balance. Best bet is to find a good frame and alignment shop and have them evaluate it. I take it you have checked the U Joints to make sure they aren't bad. If not, then that should be your first task.

By drve line, do you mean as far as your steering wheel, and especially when you push the brake pedal down. If so, your rotors need to be turned and you need new front brake pads. Or, your steering could be out of allignment, and or, you need to have your tires balanced. A 2001lincoln is front wheel drive. You don't have a drive shaft.
