I have had fabulous luck with www.bluenile.com and they do have 1/2 sizes. Their customer service is great and their selection is quite extensive for an online only store.

If you can't find a site with 1/2 sizes, get the ring you want in a bigger size then take it to your local jeweler to resize it.

Look at Zales. They have an excellent selection and customize any ring size you may need. They even changed the yellow gold band to white gold for my husband at no extra change. Check it out, they have some great stuff!

I hate wasting an answer on this but I can't help myself. Why do you need a half size when you can take a ring to any jeweler and cheaply have it sized to anything you want? (Titanium excluded)
