I believe that realities can be created by the energies people send out. Those realities are only real for the people who have created them. For those who constantly wish hell upon others do you not fear that you may be creating a place that you may condemn yourself to? For those who do not I am not directing this toward you.

My mother, who is a Christian, subscribes to the school of thought that you are referring to. She calls it the "law of attraction." If you put good things out, good things will come to you. If you put bad things out, bad things will come to you. She says that God gives people what they ask for, whether they knew what they asked for or not. (She believes that even a random thought counts as a prayer and that God hears.)

She doesn't think about hell much because she doesn't want to go there. She doesn't think about who will be there, because in her opinion, no one belongs there. She feels that if she wishes hell on others, she would be a hypocrite to ask for heaven, which is what she wants for herself.

I think you may be onto something about some Christians creating their own hell through the energies they send out. I don't presume to know how everything in the universe works, but I have noticed that happy people tend to have happy things happen and that angry people have angry things happen. I've noticed that people who concentrate on hell and who's going are some of the grumpiest people I've ever encountered. I don't like being around them. I don't believe in any afterlife at all, but I think if there is one, all this negativity can't be helping their case.

(Most) Christians don't wish hell upon anyone. We are telling people about God to save them from hell by believing in Jesus, to go to Heaven.

If we could create reality by sending out energy, we would just send out the reality of Heaven and everyone would go. Obviously that isn't happening since there is still so much hate in the world.

Dear, no Christian desires anyone to go to hell. That is why we tell others about the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

You do not create reality by thinking about something or speaking about something. If you walk off a 20 story building, gravity is going to get you whether you believe in it or not.

There is a heaven and there is a hell, and the only way to salvation is by Jesus Christ. While this might make people angry, it also is the truth.

Well, it's nice to know you believe that, but it's pretty much diametrically opposed to what Christians would believe - with a singular, omnipotent God running the whole show, there isn't much wiggle room for "creating your own reality." So, the answer would be, no, Christians don't really have any cause to worry about that.

What the hell do you mean that I talk about hell ? That a hell of an accusation to make. This is a hell of a place. I'm getting to hell out of here. To hell with it.

No, but it would make one hell of a premise for a short story, wouldn't it?
What I believe is that the word "hell" in the Bible refers to the grave. "Death and Hell", we are told in Revelation, are to be tossed into the "Lake of Fire"...where the last enemy to be destroyed is death.
The "Lake of Fire", then, is God's incinerator, where He burns up the trash that won't work in His Kingdom.

Thanks for the disclaimer, but I was interested in your premise, anyway.
God bless you! (Whether you believe in Him or not, so there!)

Hell is a real place and it's where the devil and his angels and demons will be living.
