This punk, got me in trouble for somthing I didn't do. He said I brought a loaded pistol to school.
The (vice) princple, and gaurd blamed it on me.
They didn't even listen to my side of the stroy. They saw on the camera when he putted the gun in my bag. I think I am going to kick this guy's as----!, next!!!!! Wuit should I do. If not I going to get my brother to do it!!!!!

thats messed up. heres the idea:
you get revenge, you get expelled from school and go to juvie or jail.
OR
you concentrate on graduation, getting good grades and go to college and get a good job.

First, if there is proof he put it in your bag, you should be clear of any wrong doing. There sounds like more to the story though. Second, TWO WRONGS DON'T MAKE A RIGHT. In the world we live in today fighting is just not the answer. There may be a time when you need to man up to defend yourself or someone else but be real, you are in no physical harm from this person you have no right to just beat him up. I don't know your situation or your past but I would have more respect for someone that handles things in a professional manner not violent. Besides if you get in trouble for fighting or get your brother in trouble then this loser wins.

Just try to get the gun back, and call 911, tell them there is a kid with a loaded gun, give them your description, when the police arrive, drop the gun on the floor, then proceed to run to the punks house, and if you make it to the house, then turn around and tell the officers that it was this punks gun, not yours!

be the bigger person. let it go. continue with school and don't listen to the other little punks on here encouraging you to fight this person.
that will be quite a black mark on your record when trying to get in to college if you decide to go.
besides if he has 1 gun he might have more. let him waste his life and end up in jail where he obviously belongs.

First thing you should do is learn grammer and spelling. Second, just go to the police and tell them what happened. If you are really "innocent on video" then don't worry.

I wouldn't think that starting a physical altercation with a person that you know has access to firearms would be a very prudent course of action.
