I run about two miles, do a total of 500 jump ropes, 50 pull-ups and 50 chin ups. I never considered switching to Soy before because most of the soy I've tasted are not exactly good, but I've found one brand that I like. I looked at the labels on the milk that I drink regularly and the soy one. Soy is better practically zero fat, and has more iron calcium, other vitamins than milk. However, it lacks proteins. Should I switch to Soy or stay with milk. (Please answer with some kind of explaination because it would be extremely hard for me to choose a best answer if all of them are the same. Thank You.)

Because you seem to be working on muscle mass and definition, you need the protein. You can get it from other sources, though. Milk doesn't have to have fat either. You just have to get used to drinking skim. There has been some controversy over soy's effects on hormone levels. Also, if you have a thyroid disorder, soy is a no-no.

Neither Milk or Soy are neccesarily good for you, in my opinion. Soy being much less so, due to the excessive amount of estrogen.

But either way, you need your calcium, whether it be from milk, supplements or (hopefully not) soy.

You should stay to milk. Since you do some intense workout, you need your proteins. Using soy wouldn't be bad once a while though.

Both Milk and Soy are healthy and nutritious. Either one is absolutely fine.
