Sitting on my shoulders, I mean? lol

But truly, if you say that you were there and I can imagine it, what is keeping me from feeling it?

First of all you would need to establish that in fact it is an illusion and there is predestination. Predestination is a difficult argument because there would be no room for choice at all, your destiny is mapped out for you before your conception. If I chose to sit in a chair and not move again as long as I lived eventually I would die and somewhere down the line I would end up as a pile of dust. Do you think that was my destiny, and why would I choose to do that. Philosophically you could go to the ridiculous, you could say that the whole universe is contained within a tear drop of the eye of god, or that the whole universe does not exist because it is simply an illusion and all of this is a figment of your imagination only happening in your head...one could believe anything if one chose to...proving it is another matter. Did you know I was actually sitting on your shoulder as you typed your question..prove I wasn't....

The conclusion appears to be logically sound. The difficulty however is, that you'd first have to prove your premise that life indeed is but an illusion.

Personally, I disagree with your premise.

I disagree with your premise.. therefore it's difficult to answer your question.

No. Your belief system is not an illusion.
