If you never associate with fellow Christians how will you ever know what God is doing in their lives to strengthen them and build them up into the men and women of God that He created them to be?
If you never open God's Holy Word and learn of Him and His awesome love and power to those who come to Him, what type of life will you lead?
How could anyone come to the point of accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior and never desire to know of this great and loving one who gave His life that you might live for eternity with Him?
How could you ever learn of what God has called you to do if you never hear the Word of God spoken or learn this by reading His Word?

Answer these questions fro yourself and you will have your answer. But one thing I pray fro you is that you truly come to know the LORD Jesus Christ and obey His Commandments that you may know love, peace, and joy in our LORD.

Really good question.I know it is not OK. Yes we must attend church and read the bible not only do we receive instruction we are also worshiping THE HOLY TRINITY by doing so.I believe that a building does not make the church people do.For there are more than 1 verse in the bible the states this and says that the church is part of the body of Christ..Buildings do not make a body.Living beings do.

Actually it just says to read the book, or hear the book and to keep the words in your remembrance, in your heart. It does not say anything about the habits of your personal time. When it come to Revelations, most Christians have not read it, nor understand it contents. Never the less they are blessed by God, but they miss out on the wonderful message of hope and faith in Revelations. It is indeed inspirational to know how it all ends....."Even so come Lord Jesus."

If you don't read the Bible, how will you know what God wants you to do? How will you obey Him if you don't know what you are supposed to be doing? Matt 7:7 warns those who even do works in His name will be turned away if He doesn't "know" them. It's about a personal relationship with God and doing what He calls you to do.

He says that to love Him is to obey Him, and as I've grown in my faith, I've learned that obedience is more about doing by grace than following all the don'ts. Church is a place to build a support system of fellow believers who help you with the "don'ts", but listening to God and reading His words are what help you with the "dos"

Attending "church" is not a requirement... as those who are "saved...truly... are of The Church of which Jesus The Christ is The Head... however... those of The Faith are instructed not to forsake the gathering togeather with others of The Faith... for fellowship and sharing... and just to have good times.... nothing wrong with a good'ol Christian BBQ now and then.

The Holy Spirit has directed me to stay away from the bible as most of it is corrupted and will only confuse me. I do not know any other believers with which to fellowship. I have been promised a harvest in due season if I sow, so that is what I will do.

Being Blessed in this case,,imeans divine favor and it does not mean, you will be chastised until you obey. It does mean those who read this and understand it, and get his words in your heart,,,,are blessed already because they have found the truth.

I have been told that to not go to church makes God angry (that's not the right word I'm trying to think of though). So, I go as much as I can, but to go is to bring glory to Him as I worship with others. And I feel sooo good while I'm there and after I leave. I feel closer to God because I've worshipped Him by singing with others to Him, for praying to Him with others, and listening to the message with others. Just by being there you can so feel the love in that room.

well I just put it like this... If you are saved wouldn't you want to go to church and read the bible? It just shows that some people do not get "saved" for the right reasons.

If a person does not read the Bible on their own "personal" time there is a chance of back sliding.
