No I don't. And I can;t go to clinics because I don't have insurance. And I am not a Mexican, Hispanic, Black, Asian, or any other minority, so I do not qualify. I am a white woman. My children are grown and married. So I don't qualify. So if I have an emergency, I will either die, or, if I am rushed to a hospital where they HAVE to take me, when I get my bill, just like a WET BACK, I will not pay for it.

I'm in the U.S. and I've had Group Health HMO for several years. I haven't had occation to used it much - fortumately. But when I have used it for a physical and some screenings I've learned how poor it is. I'm paying about $450 per month for a single person. It goes up 10 to 15 percent every year. Yet the coverage is very limited. For example, they charged me $270 to squirt some water in my ears to remove wax. I'd have thought my $450 per month premium might cover that.
