Ok, I'm not going to say my age, but I am between the ages 13-18. I ride my bike for two miles at least every other day, most of the time every day. (I got the time down from 12.12 to 9.25!)
Most days I do this ab thing I found on TV, which I think is either intermediate or advanced.
At least twice a week I do this arm thing that I also found on TV, if not more. Intermediate or advanced.
I do at least one exercise from this Kathy Ireland tape thing, but some days I do the whole thing. (it has abs, thighs, and butt.)
I don't know how much I eat, but if I feel hungery, I don't starve myself, I eat a piece of fruit for a snack, then whatever I feel like for meals.
I want to know, am I over obsessing in being healthy? I estimate that I exercise for at least an hour a day if not more, and I relized that I may be overdoing it. I feel good, I'm confident in myself, and I don't push myself to do something that I can't do.

I still want to know, is this a healthy lifestyle, or should I stop exercising so much or something?

I think that you should never be hungry. When you're hungry, your body starts to take away frist from the muscles, not the fat. If you're hungry, try changing your diet, or eat more but smartly (maybe more fruits, not more donoughts ;) ).

You should also allow some days without exercise, or just very light excercise. Maybe some days just use the bike, but not to break your time, but just to ride around.

There is nothing wrong with exercising an hour everyday. You are probably waisting your time with all the "gadgets" off T.V. If you are going to exercise an hour everyday, you should eat healthy too. Making sure you give your body protein, veggies, fruits, carbs and dairy. What you take out of your body exercising you must replenish! Drink a lot of water too.

Listen to your body. If you feel exhausted do not exercise as much. If you are feeling great continue to exercise and eat right.

You may not feel like you are overdoing it much, but you may be to your muscles. Don't ever work out the same muscle group 2 or more days in a row. You'll just injure yourself. Also, you should be working out all muscles' support groups. If you do your abs, then do your back. If you do your biceps, do your triceps. If you only work out specific muscles, you'll be more prone to injury, and your body won't look right. Imagine if you had ripped abs and huge muscular legs and little tiny weak arms.

If I where you, I would try to channel so much physical energies into a sport, where you gain confidence and friends. Competition is good, prepares you for the real world. Exercise is good, as long as you keep a healthy weight and eat and drink the right stuff. Consult your physician.

I don't think you're obsessive. It is normal for people to work out one hour a day 6 times a week. Always be aware of your body and what your body is telling you. If your body starts feeling tired than make sure you take a couple of days off to let your body recuperate.

It sounds like you're doing a lot of great things for your health. This isn't obsessive behavior at all; you're not overworking your body beyond its safety limits, and you're keeping yourself balanced and well-tuned. Keep up the great work!
