i have a quote by president bush. when cite it, i would said what he said and ended it with his name. like..."the war in iraq is good," said Bush. is that how to cite? do i have to cite my source of where i got that quote? or did i avoid plagraism by citing bush name?

It is always best to include as much information about where and in what context a quote was made.

For example:

"America has never been united by blood or birth or soil. We are bound by ideals that move us beyond our backgrounds, lift us above our interests and teach us what it means to be citizens." noted George W. Bush in his 2001 Inaugural address.
