The weather in Sacramento, CA, in mid-October tends to have highs in the mid-80s and lows in the mid-50s. Fall tends to be a great time to be in Sacramento because the weather is mild and allows for enjoying the great outdoors without sweltering.

In the 15 years I have lived in sacramento area, I would have to say it's fairly mild (low 70's, high 60's)most of the time. However, the weather is very changeable here and it can be worse than you might expect, so it's best to be prepared.

Usually highs in the low to mid 70's. Clear skies for the most part.

It could be anywhere from the 90s and sweltering or 70s and 60s and freezing (by our standards). Check weather.com for official averages. This summer has been pretty mild, and I think we are going to have a miserably hot fall.
