I'm a short, petite girl. I don't have a body of a 12 year old i'm just slim and I have a fast metabolism. Just a little chubby in some areas...I don't wanna lose weight, i just wanna get a lean body (nice back, no love handles, flat stomach, etc...)

It's the end of July, do you think it's possible i can get a leaner and more toned body around mid-August?

What should I do? Excercise and Diet tips please?

The first thing you've got to do is watch what you eat. You'd be surprised at the kind of progress you can make by just cutting out a couple of things from your diet. Stay away from greasy foods, anything with a lot of butter on it, soda, beer, liquor, and desserts. Just a couple of changes like that can make a big difference.

Spend 6-10 days of those 14 in the gym focusing on your abs, buttocks and legs and you're well on your way. With the right dieting and excercise it's not unreasonable at all to think you can lose 10 lbs. You've just got to keep your intensity up in the gym and stay disciplined with your eating. Don't spend all your time in the gym on a treadmill or bike... do some good excercises with a swiss ball (good for your core area which will help out your lower back and those abs) some squats, lunges, and calf raises along with the stairmaster will help you tone your legs and buttocks.

Good luck!

You can do it, you will just have to be dedicated for the 2 weeks. First, cut down on the salt in your diet, which causes bloating. Second, drink LOTS of water. This will make sure that your liver metabolizes fat as fast as possible and your kidneys can flush it out of your system. Third, EXERCISE. Running is the fastest way to burn calories and tone up quick. To burn fat, you need to run for 45- 60 minutes at a slower pace at least 4 times per week. Good luck!

Sorry, but there is no way to do that in 2 weeks - if it was possible everybody would have perfect bodies.
You want to lose body fat and get toned - cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min (running, jogging, cycling, swimming, hiking, rope jumping etc) and do some light weight training 2-3 times a week or pilates.
swimming is a cardio with strength training in one exercise.

Jog every day. That should take car of it. If your metabolism is fast and you cut out all junk food, then you will get the body you want. In two weeks you will see some progress.
