I have started a diet this week.I have tried to lose weight many times but can never stick to a plan. I am eating 6 times a day.I start out drinking a glass of water followed by a breakfast of Fiber One cereal w/skim milk-2 cups of coffee with sweet and low. In about 2-3 hours I have a snack, either string cheese or 8 grapes. After 2-3 hours I have lunch which usually consists of 3 tsp of peanut butter and1 tsp of jelly on whole grain bread (which Ihave discovered I love!) and maybe some grapes or a couple of strawberries. In the afternoon I try to have some more fruit, like an apple or orange or strawberries. For dinner I usually have whatever the family is having but I keep my portion down to one serving of anything. For example,one night we had burritos but I measured the meat carefully and used whole grain tortillas. My dinner with 2 burritos was only about 500 calories. My calorie target is1300 and I can in below that. Can I lose weight quickly like this?

PS-I also try to eat a snack of grapes or string cheese in the eveing.

I am eating different fruits and veggies for dinner. The string cheeseI have has only 2.5 grams of fat and 70 calories. I have this for calcium.
