i am 5'8 about 135 pounds and was wondering if that is too much. it is all healthy foods.

No, its not too much plus you shouldnt be worried about your weight - there is no way you need to lose any - other thing is if you are fit or not but you have to work out for that.
Low carb dieters stay under 50g a day but that is just hard to follow in a long run and they end up gaining weight back.

Not at all, unless of course you have atkins on the brain, then you pretty much should be overdosing according to what that diet says.
