If you are considered top class then you can easily find jobs after finishing a course. Now a days, requirements for white and blue collar jobs needs a bachelor's degree, or even vocational certificates. You can apply for schoolarship using your transcript of records from you school you have graduated from. About financial aspect, you can work as a student assistant. Approach teacher counselors to help you about your situation. There are a lot of scholarship offered by other college and universities especially for valedictorians and salutorians, be patient .. education is your inheritance which cannot be taken by anybody. Goodluck and more power.

You'll probably get a full ride since you have a 3.96 GPA.

You can get accepted into a college if you get financial aid. Colleges aren't allowed to discriminate against students who get it when it comes to admitting the student or treatment of the students once they are in college. However, those who don't get enough aid and can't pay for it by other ways (such as parents, parent loans, scholarships, etc.) won't be able to pay for the college.

Having a high GPA (as long as you keep it up throughout college) and knowing more than one language will make it easier for you to get a job.

I work at a software company that has offices worldwide. In my location (So. FL) 80% or more of the employees speak fluent English and Spanish. Many are hispanic but even the anglo employees speak enough Spanish to work in the Latin American division. (The ones in the US dept. have taken Spanish lessons.) A few of the employees also speak Portuguese which is a plus when working with Brazil. I know of several employees who also speak fluent French or Italian which has enabled them to work on projects in Europe. They have been chosen for these prohects because they are multi-lingual. I am bilingual and it has helped me greatly but then again I'm Hispanic. Of course, I have hispanic friends who could never work with Latin American clients because their Spanish is horrendous. A college education coupled with a foreign language can open doors for you in the business world especially if you live in the city. Of course, you need to be open to diverse cultures.

I will have to respectfully disagree with Kaliman. Speaking one language isn't necessarily backwards and primitive; there are plenty of people who haven't had the opportunity to learn a second language. People should if they can, though, just to learn something new and exercise their brain.

A 3.96 GPA and being trilingual are both always good things. Yes, they will increase your job prospects...but you really should concentrate on attending and graduating from university, first, if possible.
