It truly does depend on the reason for your vision change. Many of the vision "exercises" do not help most people.

In fact, one seller of a 'vision correction by exercises' program has been halted from selling their 'product' in the state of Iowa back in November...because they were peddling a "no more glasses, no more contacts" plan if you used their program...which has been found to be completely false.

You need to have an eye exam, like Judy said, to find out the exact cause of your decreased vision. There are more conditions out there than I can count that have blurry vision as their main symptom...not just nearsightedness or farsightedness.

BTW...carrots cannot take place of taking care of your eyes! And only eye care professionals, optometrists, and ophthalmologists can tell IF you have a healthy eye...and if not, what treatments/surgeries can be done to improve your eye health.

It's a lie that there is no natural way to improve your vision. If you have utorrent or a way to download books online, I would download the book "Perfect Eyes- 30 days to better sight". There are eye exercises that you can work on. I haven't finished the full 30 days, but even after a week I can see improvement. The book explains everything like, if you are straining your eyes then you should wear your glasses because straining weakens the muscles. If you don't squint, then you can go without the glasses. And its important that if you are on a laptop that you look away from the screen often, that way your eyes can relax. Also, there is an herb called Eyebright that you can drop into your eyes to help correct your vision. You can take it internally as well.

hi
first thing u need to do is get a proper eye checkup from an optometrist or an ophthalmologist. if u have got some power, get ur eye glasses or contacts made (ask doctor for suggestion) and start wearing them regularly. this will help u see more clearly and prevent ur eyes from getting strained.
now there are many things u can do to maintain ur vision like,
1. have a balanced diet containing adequet supply of vitamin A. green veggies are good source of vitamin A.
2. drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day.
3. do regular excersises, like yoga which helps the flow of blood in ur brain. u can do pranayama and sarwangasana.
4. get ur eyes tested regularly, once a year atleast.

u will see the result soon if u follow this lifestyle.
if u have any more querries contact me on kothari_jay55@yahoo.com
i m a qualified optometrist runnin my own optical shop.

You need to see an eye doctor to find out why your vision has declined. It could be a need for glasses or you could have an eye disease.

Some eye diseases can be treated and vision restored; treatment depends on the disease. There are specific exercises for some specific conditions but no catch all exercises that are good for all conditions.

There are no exercises, supplements or foods that will eliminate the need for glasses.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/73ed3
