Dear luna,
I do not know of a web site but there is a radio station called Family Radio. They have a program called the "Open Forum" where people call in with their questions and the host will answer it from the Bible. I do not know where you live, so I don't know the station that is closest to you. However you can listen on your computer at FamilyRadio.org. The program airs from 7:30 - 9:00 pm Mon through Friday.
Perhaps you can call-in with your question.
