I don't know what happened to my computer,I was at my friends and when i came back i had a new program installed in my PC.
i knew it was some kind of ad-ware so i tried to scan it with my anti-virus scanner but it was not loading. So i used some other program lava soft it detected 51 problems.i kept on getting pop ups. so i was really mad and didn't know what to do. I downloaded a new program (anti-virus ) and it said to "restart". when it was starting i "tried" to put in safe mode everything looked great only that you could not see the task bar(START) or anything else on the black screen that said safe mode on the sides. I rebooted it and tried to restart it normally and same thing happened. I CAN NOT SEE THE START OR ANYTHING ELSE ONLY THE WALLPAPER!!! if can get some help i will be thankful
thx for taking the time

I’m afraid the only quickest way to remedy your PC woes is by re-formatting your hard drive.

If you have something important I suggest you boot windows via an attached hard drive and copy files. Otherwise, just reboot. I know is this answer sounds 'unhelpful' but sometimes I do it. It saves all the hassle of finding technical answers that will vary from technician to technicians.

Put your mouse cursor at the bottom of your screen and it will change to an up and down arrow, click the left button and while holding down the left button, drag your cursor up. This should restore the bar at the bottom of your screen.
