is there a way that i can get free live cable tv in english in Peoria, IL over the internet

Here's a clue: cable companies don't give cable tv away for free. They charge for it. That's how they stay in business. Same story with satellite companies. Only local tv stations broadcast for free. Buy yourself a nice rooftop antenna and get lots of free channels.

I'm not aware of a way to do it ... I'd favorite the main websites of broadcasters and view their clips that way. It's a pain in the rear but it's free. I'm not sure if what you're looking for exists (though it may).

Let's be serious how many things do you see free arounf and don't you see everyone else paying fot their cable but hey maybe so and I don't know about it
