You are mixing two completely different religious concepts.
Karma is not the same as judgement. It is not like there's some deity ticking you off on the naughty or nice list! Doing good deeds and having good thoughts does not mean you will be rewarded, it just means you are more likely to live a happy life because you are not poisoned by mean-spiritedness. Similarly those who commit bad acts do not guarantee punishment for the Universe. But "bad" people attract bad energy. They are not generous or kind and thus do not elicit it in others.
Dharmic religions, such as Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism do not believe that "God writes your destiny". They believe that how you life your life and interact with others shapes your karma and therefore, your progress through Samsara, or the cycle of rebirth.

The concept of karma is completely unrelated to Christianity. As the concept of God is completely unrelated to the religions that believe in karma.
In Christianity, God writes destiny, but for all that believe in karma, you write your own destiny, and carry it out at a future time.
In other words, someone who believes in both may end up being confused at some point.

Friend, Of course, God has powers over the laws of Karma (deeds), because these laws have been framed and implemented by God Himself. Your second question is "Can prayers fix Karma?" Prayers cannot fix Karma, but reduce their effect to a small extent. Also, the prayers should be genuine. It means that they should be accompanied with the feeling of utmost devotion and surrender to God. In extreme incidents in which the prayers are long and rigorous, God does override the laws of Karma. For example, long ago, people used to hold prayers to God for very long durations like 51 days, 101 days, 251 days, 501 days, or even more, to be liberated from the effect of their bad deeds (Dushkarma). Pleased by their severe austerities, God would reveal Himself before them to explicitly tell them that they had been liberated from the effect of their past deeds.

Simply because God and Destiny are opposites, and therefore everything is not fixed.
God will have His will, His will will be done whatever you choose.
You are looking at God as if He is some impersonal force, and as if He were limited in power and understanding, perhaps even to man's level of understanding.
Manifestly that cannot be. God is infinite and vastly able, with ease, to handle infinite possibilities. He deals with each one of us individually and personally - it is us who push Him away and are impersonal towards Him, as the thinking that lies behind your question reveals.
Furthermore, His goodness and love is so great, it is beyond our comprehension. We cannot imagine how any being can be so good - we are so used to and trapped in such miserable, selfish ways.
We have never experienced anything so good as God. We cannot believe it.
Yet God has demonstrated His love toward us.
Still we stagger at such amazing goodness and love.
How sad! We destroy ourselves for failing to come to terms with the awful truth about ourselves and the wonderful truth about God.
Thus we write our own "destinies."
We sin because we are sinful and obviously sin will bring consequences - if you like to call it, punishment.
What is far worse is refusal to accept the forgiveness that God has paid so much to obtain for us.
To use a simple illustration, you can lead a horse, or let's rather say a donkey, to water but you cannot make it drink. If you could, would it still be a donkey?
Your remedy is to seek God and stop refusing Him.
Especially forget about what men say and think. They are in the same problem and state.
Let God show you.

It is not karma, it is sin. If someone sins then they will have to face the consequences of the sins they made. A simple example would be murder. If you murder then you will have to pay the consequences here on earth and the after. To avoid eternal punishment for sin accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior. He already took the punishment for you, all you have to do is accept Him by faith. God bless.

Great point but I don't know the answer to that. Maybe you have a predetermined spiritual path that you know on a subconcious level and when you veer off the path, karma acts as a rod of correction. But I really don't know.

God has given us all a free will to choose what is the right thing to do. However, he is watching over us, as a Father watches over his children, and will always try to bring us back to the right road in our lives, but he will not force us. The parable of the Prodigal Son that his son, Our Saviour Jesus Christ taught, shows that as a Father, God never forgets us his children when we go astray, and is ready to welcome us back with open arms.

Nothing is fixed in life. We make our own choices and our own karma as we make this journey.

there is no destiny only prophecy... prophecy occurs only when there is something big enough to affect the change in nature, nature is a series of evolutions, reactions and corrections... it is meant to use prophecy as a guiding post... the closer nature is to balanced the better karma works... life is a series of choices, plans and opportunity..... there is no god in nature... religion and god is a human made concept.... one nature seeks to balance out of existence one day.
