Surprisingly the best appetite suppressant is FREE - water. Drink one large glass before every meal. And when tempted to snack, drink another glass. You don't need chemicals. Also, get rid of those tempting snacks!

Personally, I've tried them all. and they all made me sick. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would recommend you do portion control and watch what you eat. Portion control is the key.
