If you love her just like she is and value those things that are not just physical, and if you have the strength of character to face all of the ups and downs that are entailed in having a relationship with someone who is physically challenged, then yes, you should stay. But if you aren't sure, and it seems like you aren't, it is probably best for her that you move on.

If you want to develop a true, lasting relationship with your lady, get with the plan and use the correct terms. DUMB has not been used in ages. She is a person who is hearing impaired, visually impaired, and unable to speech. If she is smart she will not want to live with a "dumb" person with a discriminatory attitude. You are about the person because of what they are, not what they don't have. Your focus says keep walking and keep looking and save the lady misery.

yes if you love her for who she is must be really hard for too, well both actually but only stay for the right reasons though if you love her stay with her if you dont love leave there no point staying with someone who you dont love like anymore,,

why not if you love her, pure love is by far one of the greatest things .
