Carl Sagan said it all started with one very tiny organism in the salty brine of the oceans.

No creation, so the question is defective.
Now, if you were to ask the possible origins of sexual reproduction, we could cover that for you.
However, you need a basic education in genetics and biology, which the formation of your question suggests you lack. Come back and ask again when you understand the question.

Biologically, the cell came first. Then the cell's created more cells through whatever processes they have (DNA and the initial cells were very much primitive, nothing more than simple organic compound compositions). They created more cells through some primitive process, and then the cells evolved.
Eventually, they banded together and evolved a process of mass cell reproduction, which eventually created the reproductive systems found in multi-celled organisms.

They weren't created, they evolved simultaneously.
The first sexes were not male and female, but simply haploid cells capable of fusing with other haploid cells. Many fungi retain this configuration. Over time, a distinction between motile (sperm) and stationary (oocyte) cells created a survival advantage.

Not really in this space. Can you explain the evolution of God from a Polytheistic beginning in Mesopotamia through Hebrew monotheism to Christian triplicate.

Well, there is a little witch who lives in the woman's ovaries and she makes the eggs. There is a toad living in the testes and he makes the sperm.
Don't be stupid.

more easily than if god had created it, because that would just be complicating matters by adding an extra step. God's origin/beginning would then also have to be explained; so you end up with 2 unanswerable questions instead of just one.

well, trying to tell you that is a little hard, you see evolution spans of millions of years. the first creations of this planet were the simplest, like amebas, which are simple celled oranisms that are asexual, meaning they make there own. anyway i hope i helped..

We're not biologists, so its unlikely you'll get the answer you want. That's not to say that there isn't an answer, but you need to ask the right people, such as scientists.
