okay so after school I was walking outside around the park and my classmate was going pass me and we were an inch apart and shes way taller than me so I THINK I accidentaly kissed her boob(s)but im not sure.Its just that I have always been stressing out about sexually harassing people.Would I go to jail?its been a month and ive been out of the state and been in Florida and just came back and nothing had happened since i got back here. can you guys assure me 1,000,000 percent that Im not going to jail?

It was just an accident, and it's been too long to even prove anything, plus if the person wanted to take action against you they would have a long time ago. Stop worrying about it, I'm sure there's a 0 percent chance of you even being questioned about it!

As the others have said...if anything (depending upon the state) it would either be a battery (for the contact) or just a harassment. However, I can't imagine ANYBODY making an issue out of an accidental contact.

I would be more worried that you are still thinking about it than I would about the actual incident. If she was going to complain, you would know be know. The fact you haven't forgotten about it leads me to wonder why. I also agree with the person that said, if it were me, I would KNOW if I have touched someone's boob, accidentally or intentionally.
