Is it still common today, people are hiring sniper to do their dirty job?

u dont need a sniper just someone who knows how to shoot correctly they hang around at gun ranges and gun stores

Well according to the movies people are hiring snipers all of the time. Well I guess there was that Marine sniper who shot his wife through the window while she was singing in a bar. I think that was in Colorado about two weeks ago!!!

No. Most snipers kill for their own personal reasons (wife, boss, judge) and are almost always caught. Not a good career choice.

you could be like the guy who killed his girlfriend.
he was an army natl guard sniper and he picked her off from a parking lot some distance away, while she was inside a club singing with her band. I dont care who you are, that is just showing off.

theres a lot of pepple out there who love to be a sniper but theres not to many who can be one it takes more than a rifle to do the job go to your army ree.to see iff you do

Usually from mercenary organizations, include those here in the U.S. These people kill for pay only. They have no allegiance to any person nor country.

if your asking for a job your going about it the wrong way... you must prove your skill by hurting down osama bin laden and shoot him in the crouch that we well talk about hiring you as my sniper..
