i just got mine done about a week ago.
now, there are little pink rings on both sides and it looks like the skin is a little peeled there. but it doesnt hurt or anything, so i dont think its an infection. it just looks weird. i do kinda play with it, like moving it without wetting it like youre supposed to. could that be it?

That's normal, mine was like that both times. It actually took quite a while for the swelling to go down and the peeling to stop. I know it's weird but it will eventually go away. My guess is that you don't scar well, that's my situation. It's just your body's way of dealing with a foreign object :)

No its not an in infection, thats the healing process. I had the same thing. Just make sure to clean it every now and then, and always move the ring around so the healing skin dosent get stuck to it.
Also make sure that they ring is a good size. Dont have the bar or resting on the skin where it was penetrated.
And if you can, get to the beach, the salt water works wonders for it.

I have the same thing. It's just your skin healing/scaring. I had mine taken out a couple months i had it pierced because it got infected. the area around it was scarred, you could tell i had it pierced once...
btw i treated the infection and had it repierced a few months ago. good to go! :)

yeah its probably just its way of healing. you should probably wet it before you move the ring. also, everytime you shower, keep dial antibacterial soap in your shower and clean it really good with that. then use bactine ne other time you mess with it. that way any infection that may be in it will be taken care of in no time. good luck!

mine was like that, i used to do that to, try not to, give it some time, when your used to it, it will be okay, it wll go back to normal (if you leave it) in a few weeks, just let it get better, STOP PLAYIN WITH IT WOMEN lol, oh and Tea Tree oil is really good, it really does help..x..

it coud be irritated and if its not sergical steel or not real silver it could be making it red just make sure u keep it clean it takes 6 months i believe to fully heal!

That is completely normal, if you are pulling it in all directions, it could be that you are stretching the piercing more.
