So many of you have responded to my question about biblical prophecy by enlightening me that my bible is riddled with unfulfilled prophecies. So I challenge you, can you point some of these unfulfilled prophecies out to me so that I might be as enlighten as you are? But be forewarned, prophecy dealing with the last days, can only be fulfilled if we are in the last days, which I think we are. Do you accept my challenge? And will you look for my response, to each.

#1 The name is EmmanuEl, Hebrew word meaning “with us is God”. I can not say as to every name that Jesus was called by in the 33 years he walked the earth, no do I believe every one is recorded. In context with the meaning of the word, there are many examples of where Jesus was referred to as God, as in God being here, John the Baptist said,
“Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world” The roman Centurion at the Crucifixion said “ Surely this was the son of God.” When Jesus asked Peter “who do you say I am, Peter responded saying “you are the Christ” All of these are clear examples of people claiming “God is with us, or here is God,:”

You forget, Jesus had a mother. Both Luke and Matthew list the “heir to the thrown” descendants of David. But David son King Solomon in the last years of his life allowed “other gods to be worshiped,” and God got p.o.ed about that. Solomon’s son Rehoboam was the last king of the united kingdom, it split there, because of Solomon’s sin. Mary’s line has two sides, her mother was from the house of Levi, and Her cousin Elizabeth husband was a priest in the temple. Her father’s line is a direct descendant of King David through Solomon’s Brother. Not heir to the thrown but a direct descendant of King David. No discrepancy.

Once again this is taken out of context. If you actually read the chapter you will find that Isaiah is telling that at that time, Jerusalem was attacked by the King of Syria, and the king of Israel (The nation had split at the end of Solomon’ reign into two countries, Judiah with Jerusalem as the capital and Israel with its capital.) These two kings attacked Jerusalem and its king, Ahaz the whole city was freighted, of destruction. Isaiah told the king don’t be concerned, but the king would not listen, so Isaiah said, ask for a sign from God, but the king would not, Isaiah said again ask for a sign and still the king said no, so Isaiah said OK God himself will give you a sign.

11Ask thee a sign of the LORD thy God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above.
12But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the LORD.
13And he said, Hear ye now, O house of David; Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will ye weary my God also?
14Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Emmanuel.
15Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.
16For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land that thou abhorrest shall be forsaken of both her kings.
17The LORD shall bring upon thee, and upon thy people, and upon thy father's house, days that have not come, from the day that Ephraim departed from Judah; even the king of Assyria.

Both of these nations fell and where conquered long before Christ came. Isaiah, was saying, look king don’t worry, the ones you are afraid of, their days are numbered, God will take care of them for you.
No discrepancy.

In context.
9 Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion!
Shout in triumph, Daughter Jerusalem!
See, your King is coming to you;
He is righteous and victorious, [a]
humble and riding on a donkey,
on a colt, the foal of a donkey. (A)
10 I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim
and the horse from Jerusalem.
The bow of war will be removed,
and He will proclaim peace to the nations.
His dominion will extend from sea to sea,
from the Euphrates River
to the ends of the earth. (B)
11 As for you,
because of the blood of your covenant, (C)
I will release your prisoners
from the waterless cistern. (D)
12 Return to a stronghold,
you prisoners who have hope;
today I declare that I will restore double to you. (E)
13 For I will bend Judah [as My bow];
I will fill that bow with Ephraim.
I will rouse your sons, Zion,
against your sons, Greece. (F) [b]
I will make you like a warrior's sword.
14 Then the LORD will appear over them,
and His arrow will fly like lightning.
The Lord GO

11 Then I saw heaven opened, (P) and there was a white horse! Its rider is called Faithful and True, (Q) and in righteousness He judges and makes war. (R) 12 His eyes were like a fiery flame, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knows except Himself. (S) 13 He wore a robe stained with blood, (T) [i] and His name is called the Word of God. (U) 14 The armies that were in heaven followed Him on white horses, wearing pure white linen. 15 From His mouth came a sharp [j] sword, (V) so that with it He might strike the nations. (W) He will shepherd [k] them with an iron scepter. (X) He will also trample the winepress of the fierce anger of God, (Y) the Almighty. 16 And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS
He’s coming believe it or not.

18 I have heard Ephraim moaning:
You disciplined me, and I have been disciplined
like an untrained calf.
Restore me, and I will return,
for you, LORD, are my God. (U)
Ephraim is a name for Bethlehem, you should have know that.

Sorry, say what you want, the verse is clear, “out of Egypt I called my Son” In Matt 3:16 God says “This is my Beloved Son, in whom I am pleased” Not sure what you point is, God called his Son back from Egypt, We know he went to Escape the Kings order, so he had to come back.

Wrong on so many points, There were 12 tribes not clans, Bethlehem means “house of Bread” It is also the birthplace of David. If you read verse 2,
2 “ But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Though you are little among the thousands of Judah,
Yet out of you shall come forth to Me
The One to be Ruler in Israel,
Whose goings forth are from of old,
From everlasting.”
No military leader fits this description, allway s been, always will be? Read the scripture.
I would recommend you quite reading sights like “the evil bible” they really make a poor reference, Thank you for answer, I see you do, a lot of research. It’s a shame it is so wasted. You may not believe it, and that’s yours choice, but Gods word in infallible. God will not be mocked.

I will give you two to start with GOOD LUCK!
Ezekiel Ch 20.
Talks about Nebuchadnezzar destroying Egypt and that it would be desolate for 40 years that no foot should trod upon its soil.
First there is no historical, archaeological, or independent sources to show that this has ever happened.
Ezekiel 26: 7 - 14 Nebuchadnezzar would totally destroy Tyre that it would never be built again.
But, Tyre is still a thriving community today this very day look it up on-line you will find it. It is a popular tourist spot in Lebanon.
I will even throw in a contradiction if you please...
Isaiah 13 said that Tyre will be desolate for 70 years. This chapter is talking about what happened when Nebuchadnezzar destroyed Tyre. Guess what no evidence this ever happened either. Also it is a blatant contradiction of Ezekiel.
If god wrote this book why would he lie and mislead his flock into believing things that are not true?????
Good luck buddy remember be careful what you ask for.

This is silly. Anyone can cite some event and say it fulfills prophecy. Only the Sanhedrin or current Rabbinical Authority has any relevance on the subject of fulfilled prophecy.
Besides all you are gonna do is tell us what you have decided to be a justification for your point. That is a huge flaw with your stance. You could say sliced bread proves jesus is the son of man and if we call bullshit are you gonna re evaluate your point? I doubt it. You are not seeking to know why people disbelieve in god you want to tell them they are wrong about it.
Do you see that? When i used to Prostelitize i was never as arrogant as you are now. Not once. You see, you need to care about the people you are talking to. You are full of hubris and vanity. You embarasa god and yourself. Look inside and humble yourself and ask yourself what god wants from you not how you can ingratiate yourself and your slef righteousness.
You should ask how you can help non believers. Mow their lawns for free. Feed them, show them righteous living, don't tell them about it. Don't lord over your self on YA but "help the widow in distress, feed the hungry, comfort the poor. Seek out gods will and perform it, never thinking of yourself." now that is not a perfect quote so it is a misquote but you know it to be true.
Listen to your self. Challenge. Where is your humiltiy? These people are going to die if they die in sin and you are playing games with philosophically argument s about the interpretation of prophecy.
I admonish you in christ.

Biblical Prophecy is evidence Christians hold to validate the Bible's claims of Divine inspiration, Biblical prophecies are not "set in stone", their dogma having been altered many times through the early centuries. They are information set down long ago. As with all prophecies they are subject to change based on the thought forms created by mankind. They are just another way for human to understand that there are end times and changes linked to enlightenment and truth, which will take away the pain and suffering of humanity. It is at that time saviour will return, as humanity returns to its natural state of evolution...

2. Misquoting Jesus.

In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful
And We caused Jesus, son of Mary, to follow in their footsteps, fulfilling that which was revealed before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel which contained guidance and light, fulfilling that which was revealed before him in the Torah; and a guidance and an admonition for the God-fearing.
He has sent down to thee the Book containing the truth and fulfilling that which precedes it; and He has sent down the Torah and the Gospel before this, as a guidance to the people; and He has sent down the Discrimination.
Surely, We sent down the Torah wherein was guidance and light. By it did the Prophets, who were obedient to US, judge for the Jews, as did the godly people and those learned in the Law, because they were required to preserve the Book of God, and because they were guardians over it. Therefore fear not men but fear ME; and barter not My signs for a paltry price. And whoso judges not by that which God has sent down, these it is who are the disbelievers.
And let the people of the Gospel judge according to what God has revealed therein, and whoso judges not by what God has revealed, these it is who are the transgressors.
Muhammad is the Messenger of God. And those who are with him are hard against the disbelievers but tender among themselves. Thou seest them bowing and prostrating themselves in Prayer, seeking God's grace and pleasure. Their marks are upon their faces, being the traces of prostrations. This is their description in the Torah. And their description in the Gospel is like unto a seed-produce that sends forth its sprout, then makes it strong; it then becomes stout, and stands firm on its stem, delighting the sowers - That He may cause the disbelievers to boil with rage at the sight of them. God has promised, unto those of them, who believe and do good works, forgiveness and a great reward.
Surely, those who believe and the Jews and the Christians and the Sabians - whichever party from among these truly believes in God and the Last Day and does good deeds, shall have their reward with their Lord, and no fear shall come upon them, nor shall they grieve.
Holy Quran
I love you 2.

Don't shift the burden of proof--it's your burden of proof to show us fulfilled prophecy, as it is your 'side' that is claiming that prophecies have been fulfilled.
But, because it's so easy, here are a few unfulfilled prophecies (which can't be fulfilled because the conditions for their fulfillment can't be met anymore).
================
Prophecies to Identify the Messiah, Which Jesus Does Not Fulfill:
1) Matthew 1:23 says that Jesus (the messiah) would be called Immanuel, which means "God with us." Yet no one, not even his parents, call him Immanuel at any point in the bible.
2) The Messiah must be a physical descendant of David (Romans 1:3 & Acts 2:30). Yet, how could Jesus meet this requirement since his genealogies in Matthew 1 and Luke 3 show he descended from David through Joseph, who was not his natural father because of the Virgin Birth. Hence, this prophecy could not have been fulfilled.
3) Isaiah 7:16 seems to say that before Jesus had reached the age of maturity, both of the Jewish countries would be destroyed. Yet there is no mention of this prophecy being fulfilled in the New Testament with the coming of Jesus, hence this is another Messiah prophecy not fulfilled.
Prophecies Christians Use to Verify Jesus as the Messiah, Yet Clearly Fail:
4) The gospels (especially Matthew 21:4 and John 12:14-15) claim that Jesus fulfills the prophecy of Zechariah 9:9. But the next few verses (Zechariah 9:10-13) show that the person referred to in this verse is a military king that would rule "from sea to sea". Since Jesus had neither an army nor a kingdom, he could not have fulfilled this prophecy.
5) Matthew (Matthew 2:17-18) quotes Jeremiah (Jeremiah 31:15), claiming that it was a prophecy of King Herod’s alleged slaughter of the children in and around Bethlehem after the birth of Jesus. But this passage refers to the Babylonian captivity, as is clear by reading the next two verses (Jeremiah 31:16-17), and, thus, has nothing to do with Herod’s massacre.
6) John 19:33 says that during Jesus’ crucifixion, the soldiers didn’t break his legs because he was already dead. Verse John 19:36 claims that this fulfilled a prophecy: "Not a bone of him shall be broken." But there is no such prophecy. It is sometimes said that the prophecy appears in Exodus 12:46, Numbers 9:12 & Psalm 34:20. This is not correct. Exodus 12:46 & Numbers 9:12 are not prophecies, they are commandments. The Israelites are told not to break the bones of the Passover lamb, and this is all it is about. And Psalm 34:20 seems to refer to righteous people in general (see verse Psalm 34:19, where a plural is used), not to make a prophecy about a specific person.
7) "When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt." Hosea 11:1. Matthew (Matthew 2:15) claims that the flight of Jesus’ family to Egypt is a fulfillment of this verse. But Hosea 11:1 is not a prophecy at all. It is a reference to the Hebrew exodus from Egypt and has nothing to do with Jesus. Matthew tries to hide this fact by quoting only the last part of the verse ("Out of Egypt I have called my son").
8) "But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting." Micah 5:2 The gospel of Matthew (Matthew 2:5-6) claims that Jesus’ birth in Bethlehem fulfils this prophecy. But this is unlikely for two reasons.
A) "Bethlehem Ephratah" in Micah 5:2 refers not to a town, but to a clan: the clan of Bethlehem, who was the son of Caleb’s second wife, Ephrathah (1 Chronicles 2:18, 2:50-52 & 4:4).
B) The prophecy (if that is what it is) does not refer to the Messiah, but rather to a military leader, as can be seen from Micah 5:6. This leader is supposed to defeat the Assyrians, which, of course, Jesus never did. It should also be noted that Matthew altered the text of Micah 5:2 by saying: "And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Judah" rather than "Bethlehem Ephratah" as is said in Micah 5:2. He did this, intentionally no doubt, to make this verse appear to refer to the town of Bethlehem rather than the family clan.
=============
Even according to your own Bible, Jesus is a false messiah through his failure to fulfill prophecies that the messiah was supposed to fulfill.
