You are brave putting those questions out there! Atheist do not believe in god, period! I have learned on this site that the majority on here here are atheist! They can push their ideas on us who know there is a god! Push to hard and your question or answer will get censored off! Just have pity on them and pray they will open their minds. Good question.

Leviticus 12:6
And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest:
This is about where I stopped reading the bible. I don't claim to know much past here. Nor do I claim to know much about other religions. I look at it as a house of cards, one card is pulled and the house falls down. This quote was my one card. I could not believe in a God who seemed so much like ancient religion. I know I shouldn't question his meaning, but what the heck else am I to do with this brain thing.

Sonny, most of us have read the Bible - some several times in many versions - and understand it immensely better than you do. That's obvious from your continued rampage.
Sorry, contradictions are your bailiwick, Check your playbook to see.
"reffers"? Do you mean "reefers"? You don't seem old enough to know that phrase. Nevertheless, have a good toke!

"explain me meaning ot Son of songs"
Sorry, Sonny, but there is no explaining you. Son of songs? Is that Son of Sam's brother?
You get funnier as the rant goes on.
"og course it easy to be a FOOL than intelligent person"
As you have so ably demonstrated this morning.

Actually most atheists I've met know allot more about the bible as in who actually wrote it and when it was written than most xians do. Do we cherry pick verses to make it say what we want it to ? no , we leave that to the faithful. It is just a book man put together by Constantine look it up. You seem like you could use an infusion of knowledge.

I think atheists refer to a Bible they never read for the same reason many Christians do. How much time, do you think, does the average Christian actually spend studying God's Word each day? Each week? I have been, and have known many others who were, guilty of only opening my Bible when I was at church. I'd then go home, put it down, and not give it another though until next Sunday. Indeed, if the preacher read the passage he was preaching from, I wouldn't even open it then. God would not have to tell us to study to show ourselves approved if everyone was doing it, but He did, knowing that we wouldn't.

I hate to differ with you- there are some atheists that read the bible maybe even more than Christians, do , which actually is a pretty sad commentary for us Christians huh? However, that said- The Bible is spiritually discerned, so the mind of man cannot understand it.

The passage from the Mosaic Code that is often used to condemn homosexual behavior in general. In transliterated Hebrew, the verse is written: "V’et zachar lo tishkav mishk’vey eeshah toeyvah hee."
The first part of this verse is literally translated as "And with a male you shall not lay lyings of a woman" Many, probably most, theologians, Bible translations and biblical commentators agree that the verse is directed at men who engage in at least some form of anal sex with other men. But they do not agree on the full scope of the forbidden activities. For example:
The Living Bible greatly widens the scope of the original Hebrew to include all homosexual acts by both men and women. They confuse the matter further by not differentiating between homosexual orientation and homosexual behavior. They render the first part of this verse as: "Homosexuality is absolutely forbidden."
On the other hand, many religious liberals have interpreted the beginning of this verse as referring only to sexual activities between two males during a Pagan temple ritual. If there were a liberal translation of the Bible, it might say "Ritual anal sex between two men in a Pagan temple is forbidden."

Firstly get the meaning of Atheist clearly.
Atheist. One disbelieves in God.
Christian is religion. Christian are Monotheist. Monotheist belief in one God as the Creator and Governor of the Universe. The other Monotheist are the Judaism and the Islam.
Bible: The sacred writings of the Christian Church, consisting of the Old and New Testaments. Scripture. Bible. Christians. To Jesus. Not written by men.
Atheist disbelief in God. Atheist must not read Scriptures Bible; Jew, Scripture Bible; Christians and Scripture Kur'an; Islam. All Scriptures are from God. These Scriptures are not Written by Men.
Sure they can't explain because they are disbeliever in God.

I hate to point this out, but I don't read Science Fiction because I do not like the genre. I don't have to read the Bible to know that I will not particularly like it either....I have seen enough of what Bible reading leads to...perhaps your time would be better spent figuring out WHY so many have disdain for this book...perhaps it is the attitude of far too many Christians who read the book, but do not practice what it preaches!
