This is a fun experiment. Let's see how many people actually read the details of these Questions. If you read this please respond. "Thanks for the two points." Again this has nothing to do with the Jehovas Witnesses. Thanks and this will be fun.

Thanks for the 2 points because i read this not because I am "gaming"

In answer to your question, no. Christians by definition are followers of Jesus Christ. JW's do not acknowledge Jesus Christ for who He really is, the maker of Heaven and earth who sang creation into being, who is one with God the Father and who is accurately portrayed in well researched and well documented and canonized versions of the Bible.

Not really. The Jehovah's Witnesses deny the central teachings of the Bible. Do not swallow their version of the Bible without checking out the details!

It is a cult with odd beliefs and a carefully doctored "bible" to "prove" their strange ideas". This version is called the New World Translation "bible".

The Jehovah's Witness organization has produced its own bogus version of the Bible. It contains deliberate changes to many verses of Scripture. These changes try to hide the fact that Jehovah's Witness teaching is unbiblical and false.

When Jehovah's Witnesses come to your door, have you ever wished you could get them off their memorized scripts and show them what the Bible really teaches?

Here's the information needed to "lovingly" show Jehovah's Witness why their religion is wrong...

http://www.chick.com/catalog/books/0135.asp

The Jehovah's Witnesses have a long history of prophecies that were dumb to begin with, and time has proven them false!

They were so sure, that they announced the exact year that their "bogus" prophecies would take place...and those years came and went, without event (rhymn unintentional)...plus nany mistaken Interpretations of Holy Scripture!

In 1889, Jehovah's Witness founder C.T. Russell predicted this FALSE "prophecy":
"The final end of the kingdoms of this world, and the establishment of the Kingdom of God, will be accomplished at the end of A.D. 1914."

False prophecies of this "Jehovah's Witness" cult includes:
• 1872 - The Beginning of the Millennium
• 1975 - Millennium to Begin
• 1874 - Christ's Second Coming According to Pastor Russell
* 1914 - Establishment of the "Kingdom of God"
• 1918 - Churches will be Destroyed
• 1920 - Mountains, Republics, and Kingdoms were prophesied to Disappear in 1920.
• 1925 - Kingdom Established in Palestine.
• 1925 - Faithful Men of Old Testament Return
• 1929 - Return of the Old Testament Faithful
• 1932 - The Overthrow of Christendom
• 1975 - Beginning of the Millenium

These are just 11, out of a LONG list of many unfulfilled "Jehovah's Witness" Bible prophecies.

In spite of its many failed prophecies, the Jehovah's Witness organization teaches that it is the only true religion...a typical lie of a CULT.

The Jehovah's Witnesses organization demands that its members obey and accept, unquestioningly, every command and biblical interpretation given by the organization.

For example, the Jehovah's Witnesses organization prohibits the use of blood transfusions.

Individual Jehovah's Witnesses are expected to die or let their children die, and HAVE DIED NEEDLESSLY, rather than break this command, even though the Scriptures nowhere teach that blood transfusions are wrong.

The Bible clearly states that there is only one God. Deuteronomy 6:4 states, "Hear O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is one." Isaiah 44:6 states, "I am the first and I am the last, and there is no God besides me." Clearly, these verses reveal that there is only one God.

Yet, there are three separate persons in the Bible who are called God and have the characteristics only God can have.

The Trinity is a difficult concept to grasp, and JW will use that to get YOU to deny the Trinity, if you don't stand up for your faith!

I WISH YOU WOULD FREELY CHOSE TO PRAY THIS SALVATION PRAYER:
"Almighty and merciful God, I acknowledge that I have sinned against you in my deeds, words, and thoughts. I fall short of your righteousness, and cannot save myself. Thank you for sending your Son, Jesus Christ, to shed his blood for me. I ask you to forgive me of all my sins, and I place my trust in Jesus Christ, who died in my place, and who rose from the dead. I accept YOU Jesus as my savior and LORD! Amen."

Ok, so it's not a Jehovah's Witness question, then what's a JW? I feel slow and out of the loop all the sudden.

Thanx for the 2 points, and no Jw's are not christion....Do I get 4 points for answering both questions?

Thanks for the 2 points!

No ,theologically JWs are not Christian
They reject the Diety of Christ and the Trinity. Jesus is the incarnation not of God but of the Archangel Michael for them.
At the same time Jesus seems to be a"god" but not Gof Jehovah.

Sociologically,JWs are in a sense culturallyChristian since they are of a Protestant culture and biblicist language.
I've heard JWs given a categorization that they reject:"Non Christian Protestants " since they claim to go by the Bible Alone and Faith Alone(although it looks to me that they have to earn their spot on the New Earthly Paradise or be disfellowshipped).

Thanks for the two points??? But
Jehovah Witnesses do not actually follow Jesus as their Lord and Savior but Jehovah as their Lord and Savior against what the Bible teaches as there only being one name to be saved by; 1 John 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Philippians 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
If you can understand the truth Jehovah Witnesses are actually Jews in masks and not followers of Christ.

For all those who explained WHY JWs are not Christian, you are all absolutely right.

They might be good people, but that doesn't get them into God's Kingdom, only acceptance of Christ as their Savior will do that.

Amen!!

Thanks for the two points. I believe the JW's consider 'Christians' to be 'Christendom', which is a word they use in a derogatory way. They do not call themselves 'Christians'.
