If you are with an adult they usually do not ask for your i.d. If you are alone, a student i.d. will work.

A picture ID is required. The boarding pass is what the ticket agent gives you when you check in at your gate prior to the flight. It's what you have to show the ticket agent when the flight starts boarding and is required before they will let you on the plane.
