I love salad with vinaigrette and I am looking for some homemade recipes to try. I have bought all the bottled dressings but it seems to taste so much better made at home.

My favorite balsamic vinaigrette recipe comes from epicurious, although I add a good squeeze of honey to it.

The other one, which is great with pasta salad, is lemon vinaigrette.

1/3 cup olive oil
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of two lemons
Bit tsp of minced jarred garlic
Big pinch of dried oregano
Pinch of kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

Shake it all up and you're done!
