Lets not complicate things

1) their parents came here illegally and broke the law and technically dont belong here and should be deported.

2) as for their children, I will not allow my emotions to come into play. When the parents leave the country, I imagine they will be emotional and do the human thing by taking their american anchor baby kids back to mexico or wherever with them. Since the kids are americans, the kids someday can come back to this country once they are old enough to make their own decisions or their parents can apply earlier and get in the back of the line withe rest of the legal immigrants.

Logical decision making is not about being emotional, its looking at the problem objectively and doing the right thing. and in this case the right thing is respect for the law.

When they deported all the illegals, and their families, our country would be in much better shape. As for the anchor babies, they can't stay here by themselves so they would have to leave with their parents. (To leave the kids here would be wrong since that would mean the kids are raise by the state. Only an uncaring parent would do that!) When the kids are 18, and can support themselves, they can return.

It is wrong to split up families but rewarding parents for their illegal acts and letting them stay because of the kids is WRONG! Anchor baby kids are not an automatic "get to stay here" ticket.

Just like all aspects of illegal immigration, this issue is about facts and the law. Emotion should not be involved in the decisions. Emotion clouds judgment and destroys logic.

The parents will take their children with them. No loving parent would abandon their children.

A very good thing is the children help to spread U.S. values in developing countries.

Too bad the parents didn't care about their children's feelings. They should have made sure the children were born in the parents' home country.

How many teachers will lose their jobs? It seems most people on YA want to punish employers because we can't identify illegals - so why not punish the landlords, school teachers etc. that are also duped by documents purchased from good old government employees. It is beyond easy to illegally obtain a legitimate Drivers License.

in my opinion- there are 2 paths. a million. end all government welfare courses and cost controls. This incorporates cost helps and company welfare courses, the minimum salary and guy or woman welfare courses and supply them amnesty. 2. Amend the form to end birthright citizenship and initiate deporting people. i'd quite see the 1st. I do have confidence devoid of the minimum salary a minimum of get right of entry to point pay will fall. If the going fee for latest jobs falls- expenses and unemployment will fall too.

Their children can stay here or go with them, which ever the parents choose. I don't have a link, but I think it would be common knowledge if we were refusing to allow citizens to leave the country. The only dispute would be between parents if one stayed and one left. We don't separate families of illegals. They separate themselves by choice. If they leave their kids here they don't have the burden of bringing them back when they return illegally.

You know, I don't give a rat's azz if they take the little ankle biters with them or leave them behind, we only have to support the kid and not the parents if they leave 'em.

you're all blind....
y are the parents comming over here in the first place?
thats right because they want a better life for their children, because they feel that where they live is unacceptable to grow up.
so what happens when they get caught? the children stay here and use up tax dollars by going to our public schools.
the parents are TRYING to get their kid in america no matter what so yes they WILL leave them behind, and the succers over here fall for it.

Yes, they all should be deported. What is keeping them from taking their kids with them?
