no, I would not make love to my neighbor, because that is not what the Bible is talking about. As you say not take it out of context, but to love as Jesus loved. which means for the good of the other to go to heaven. have a good day!

No one has REALLY taken that out of context. They just say it to be funny, or as an excuse. If you read the Bible passages that this is quoted from, it is pretty clear what it means. But it is still witty to make that connection. :-)
