Yes I have, I've had four babies and the onset of labour has been different on all of them, but I have experienced the feelings you've described. It could be labour especially if the pain in the bottom of your tummy is a bit like when you feel you need to go to the loo or it may feel like you have a band tightening across it, maybe quite mild at first. The last time you sat on the loo did you have a heavy sort of feeling underneath or like a downward pressure in your backpassage as if you need to empty your bowels, or sometimes you have the feeling like you need to have a wee all the time and when you go you can't do it. If you had a show last week then labour won't be long, you are full term now and the baby is ready to come. If I was you I would keep as active as possible this evening if labour is imminent this will help. If your waters break you'll be sure then or you might pass thick pinky mucous, although you have had a show you might also pass this mucous plug although if it happens when you're on the loo you probably won't notice it, unless there's evidence on the loo paper (sorry it all sounds so graphic). If you have started labour then the pains will increase and be more uncomfortable, if they come at regular intervals then you'll know they're the real thing and not the Braxton Hicks contractions you've had during the last weeks of pregnancy. If you are worried or unsure ring your midwife or labour ward and they will advise you. Tell them about your symptons as sometimes dizziness and nausea can be linked to high blood pressure. If they think you're ok they will probably tell you to stay at home until the pains come at regular intervals, but of course they will have explained all this to you at the clinic. Well I hope the baby's on the way for you, ooh it's so exciting, try and stay calm and as I said before keeping mobile will help accelerate the contractions. I hope everything goes well with the delivery whenever the baby decides to put in an appearance, I'm sure it will. I'll be wondering all night now if the baby's on its way, good luck to you and take care! (You'll have to let us know when you have some good news!)

I would say to take it slow. Listen to your body, and at the first sign of light=headedness, stop and rest.
Dizziness during a workout could be nothing more than you're not breathing right or it could be more serious cardiac issues. You may want to push up the doctor appt .

You definitely need the doctor's opinion...It may be a case of your blood pressure dropping, or a case of low-sugar. In the case of blood pressure, you can get one of those cuffs and wear it to monitor blood pressure/pulse.
Other than that, exercise carefully; that is, not too vigorously and be sure some one is with you. Also, try shorter exercise sessions.

you might try pacing yourself and listening to your body. it tells you when you are pushing yourself too hard. another snack you can eat is a banana. if all else fails then see a doctor about your dizzyness.
