You're not alone, everyone does it. When you start to do this remember that someone is probably looking at you wishing they had your body type :). Learn to love your body; if there's something you don't like and can easily change it then go for it. Learning to love your body will come with self confidence.

It is no healthy, five fingers of your body is not the same & other women's also. So, don't compare with others. But you should think always that your body is healthy & you are the beautiful lady in this world.

No, why do you do that? Do you also compare yourself to horses or bats too? It doesn't make sense, ladies. If you begin loving your body, your body will begin to look better to you. For example, get a manicure, pedicure and bikini wax. Shave your legs. Spend so much time making yourself look , smell and feel good, you won't have time comparing yourself to other women. Now that you look, smell good, feel good, you can get a new outfit with some bling. You have been too busy teaching yourself that other women look better. Now begin teaching yourself that YOU are beautiful.

for many it's not very healthy to compare their physique with others especially if one already has a self-perception disorder or issues with low self esteem. we all have different genetics and different lifestyles which is why every bodies body looks different.

change the focus to being the best "you" that you can be

Comparing is okay; to be obsessive about it is not. Every one is different; we are all who we are. Take care of yourself and your body and be happy with who you are.

I do that sometimes as well, it probably isn't healthy because no body is the same. :)
