Could not be tolerance, they moved me from 60 mg recently. I heard it is supposed to be a strong drug, but does not do much. I take it in conjunction with tylenol. Should I try ibuprofen/asprin either? It is for fibromyalgia.

usually medication is 'bumped up' by caffeine, so it's not the caffeine. I would suggest a different type medication from your doctor. I don't think the dihydrocodeine is going to help. It is so difficult to find the right combination for fibro.

That's a lot of dihydrocodeine. If it's not working for your pain (and no, it's not the caffeine) then you need to call your doctor. There are other medications they can give you.
