since they continually state over and over that God is a fairy tale. Surely they wouldn't be making a statement like that without proof, right? They clearly wouldn't engage in the hypocrisy they accuse us Christians of, would they?

I think you'll be looking for that for a very long time. That "proof" doesn't exist.

The answer to that is YES. They have no proove of where the gasses came from that causes the big bang explosion. They cannot prove that God does not exist. ALl they have is theory, which is what they accuse us of. But there are many proofs that the Bible is accurate from Bible prophecy to archeological digs, miracles, etc. more and much more.
What I think is just sillyness... THey say we cant show them God and we cant prove it. BUt, they believe we all happend just from happenstance from a big explosion > Where did the stuff come from to explode? Who set it off. If I gave them a brand new car and said it came from a big explosion and just landed in my yard, they would laugh all the way to the title company. IT obviously was a thought first, then planning came, design went thru its processes, and then the car was made, perfectly, which each thing working. If they can know no car fell from the heavens as happenstance, why cant they believe that a human and all in the universe had to be designed and made also> CREATION. perfectly designed. Just our brains alone, no computer can come close to the human mind, and this all just happened. They will make fun of our faith. But I tell you what, they just dont KNOW. Because it would take more of a leap of faith to believe as they do than to ever believe in a God with inteligent design. We arent to call them fools, we are to forgive them, love them, pray and continue to try and reach them with Gods truth BUt, the fact is it is theiri choice who they hear and obey. Just our job, to live truth, speak it and pray. amen We arent to call any man foolish But God says that men that will not accept Him are fools and will be lost. REmember His words, not mine. Amen
