Very true. Satan also never actually killed anyone, but God "smote" a great multitude of people (see Great Flood and Sodom & Gamora). I am kind of iffy on the whole benevolent God thing based on things like that.

You are confused my friend, Satan will suffer in the afterlife because he is cast into the lake of fire for being evil. Satan made a choice, and so must we.

You really need to learn the scriptures before you ask questions like this. Is shows you don't understand what you are talking about.

Considering the results of siding with Satan as compared to God, I'd still have to side with God. Oh, and there's no acceptance with Satan. He's going down, he knows it, and he's trying to take as many with him as he can get. And he's no deity, either.

Somewhere along my path I came across some information about the decline one undergoes in the throes of alcoholism/drug addiction. And one of the signs of that horrible condition is: 'seeks out lower companions'. And I did not know what that meant; so, being me, I started asking -

It means that: the person in that decadence loses 'real friends', those that care, are trustworthy, have his/her best interests at heart and have dignity and class. The drunk or druggie does all kinds of things to 'push them away' and/or has betrayed them in major ways, like stealing from them, back stabbing them and so on.

So, guess who this derelict ends up with as 'companions' and people she/he hangs out with ---bingo....dogs, hyena's and sharks !! No, the mad realm of the wicked ones is NOT a happy nor kind place. Once you get there, you are hated with a compete and total hate and you are a slave.

I'll pass. Thank you. Thank God, my God has some self respect, love, rewards and good feelings to dispense.

Well, none of it makes any sense to me and I am going to have to go with Satan on this one. I understand that the fact that I don't believe in Jesus means I am spending at eternity with Old Cloven Foot, and I should probably get to know him.

Okay, but what kind of "afterlife" is Satan offering, exactly?

I think this question is moot. We have no idea who God "accepts" into the after life - that's for God to worry about, not us.

And where do you get your info? God is only LOVE, PEACE, and JOY, there is no satan. Read some of "Conversations with God" books by N.D.Walsch.
