No to all those questions. Why because SOME how they believe that religion gives them the right to step on your rights. Oh but not vice versa.

If you believe that what you know is right, then you have a responsibility to share it to those you care about. If people are telling you what to do and thinking that they will change you, then they are completely ignorant. Telling someone what they could do and the results that will follow is called advice. Telling someone what they must do sounds like socialism. I agree that most so-called Christians would prefer a socialism, but I don't. Freedom allows us to live in peace with each other. Listening to complaints and lectures is your choice. Politely saying you are not interested when I ask you if you would like to study the Bible will go a long way. I get the point. If you were to meet me at the door with a dog and a gun I would think that you need told what to do, but getting along with others demands politeness.

1. Teach you kids not to be jerks.
2. Clean your house before it starts to stink.
3. Skip church.
4. Cook using fresh foods and no oils.
5. Have sex in private.
Yeah... I think I'm an okay person to listen to.

You have the right to an extent. You can tell someone to quit beating their kid if you witness it. You can also arrest them.
As for the other stuff, no. It's no one's business.
No one should tell you what to do with your soul. That is your decision. People will tell you what they have done with theirs or what they think you should do. That is their right. It is your right not to listen.

Let's make a trade. You become Christian and I'll listen on how to clean my house.

The reason is that a soul is important, and like it or not, God loves you.

2 Timothy 4
1 I solemnly urge you in the presence of God and Christ Jesus, who will someday judge the living and the dead when he appears to set up his Kingdom: 2 Preach the word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching.
3 For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will reject the truth and chase after myths.
5 But you should keep a clear mind in every situation. Don’t be afraid of suffering for the Lord. Work at telling others the Good News, and fully carry out the ministry God has given you.

well i hate to tell you, but taking care of children/cooking/sex/cleaning has nothing to do with your soul. (church is debatable...)
everyone has the right... first amendment...
but you have the right to not listen, and to tell them to go f*** themselves...

They feel they have the right to do it because it's what their god told them to do; it's "divinely mandated". Yes, it's annoying as all Hels, but if you think of if as concern for your eternal well-being and not as some big-mouth just butting in, it may help. (Then again, it may not, but it's worth a try!)
Also, in many states, you will find laws that DO try to dictate how you have sex. (many laws prohibitting "sodomy" exclude oral sex from what is "legal" in that state!)

No one has the right to tell you what to do if their intention is to try to force you to do it, but everyone does have the right to state their advice and opinions. Who knows, their advice might actually help you. But how can you know that if you refuse?

Nobody CAN tell you what to do with it, it is your choice.
People will always want to protect you if they think that they have something that will help you and there is nothing wrong with normal concern and sharing fulfillment. You choose, no one can choose for you.
